These initiatives are designed to reward meritorious students, assist deserving candidates, and reduce the financial burden of pursuing professional education in Nursing and Allied Health Sciences.

Our Student Benefit Schemes

NEPNI currently offers the following financial support programmes:

• Merit Scholarship

• Scholarship for Economically Weaker Students

• Fee Concession Scheme

These schemes reflect our commitment to promoting equal educational opportunities and recognising academic achievement.

1. Merit Scholarship

The Merit Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance in their qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must have secured 80% or above in the qualifying examination.

• The scholarship application must be submitted within one month of admission.

• The student must have completed payment of the first-year fees before applying.

Selection Process

• A maximum of five students from each course will be selected based on merit.

• Selection will be made in descending order of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Scholarship Renewal

The scholarship may be renewed for subsequent academic years, provided the student:

• Secures 80% or above in the annual university examination.

• Clears all academic and financial dues for the previous year.

• Continues to meet the institution's scholarship guidelines.

Required Documents

Applicants should submit:

• Scholarship application form

• Qualifying examination mark sheet

• Fee payment receipt

• Any additional documents required by the institution

The scholarship amount will be credited directly to the student's bank account after verification and approval.

2. Scholarship for Economically Weaker Students

This scholarship supports talented students from financially disadvantaged families.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family.

• Possess a valid BPL Card.

• Have secured 60% or above in the qualifying examination.

Selection Process

• A maximum of five students per course will be selected.

• If eligible applications exceed the available seats, selection will be based on academic merit.

Renewal Conditions

The scholarship is renewable from the second year onwards if the student:

• Scores 70% or above in the annual examination.

• Clears all academic and financial dues.

Approved scholarship amounts will be transferred directly to the student's registered bank account.

3. Fee Concession Scheme

To encourage timely payment of fees, NEPNI offers a Fee Concession Scheme.

Eligibility

Students who pay the entire annual tuition fee, statutory fees, and hostel fees (where applicable) at the time of admission may be eligible for a concession.

Benefit

• Fee concession of up to 10% on the annual fee, subject to the institution's rules and approval.

This scheme helps reduce the overall educational expenses for students who make full payment at the time of admission.

How to Apply

Students interested in any benefit scheme should:

Applications received after the deadline or with incomplete documentation may not be considered.
